Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Policy

TicketNadu provides an online platform for booking tickets to events hosted by third-party organizers. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the policies of the respective event organizers. TicketNadu acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for event cancellations, rescheduling, or quality of the event experience.

Cancellation by User

2.1. Eligibility

Cancellations are permitted only if the event organizer has enabled that option.

If allowed, users may cancel tickets via their TicketNadu account under "My Bookings".

2.2. Time Limits

Cancellations must be requested within the window specified by the event organizer (e.g., 24–72 hours before event start).

Late cancellation requests may not be accepted.

2.3. Refund Value

Refunds maybe full or partial, depending on the organizer's policy.

Service/Convenience fees charged by TicketNadu are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

In the case of an event being cancelled or rescheduled:

TicketNadu will notify affected users via email/SMS/app notifications.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the organizer’s instructions.

If the event is postponed, the ticket may be valid for the rescheduled date, depending on organizer policy.

No-Show Policy

No refunds will be provided if the user fails to attend the event.

This applies even if the user did not receive reminders or alerts.

Force Majeure

TicketNadu is not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Government restrictions

Epidemics or pandemics

Political unrest or security concerns

Refunds for such cases are subject to event organizer discretion.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Events or Tickets

Certain tickets may be marked “Non-refundable” or “Final Sale” on the event listing page. In such cases:

No cancellation or refund is permitted after purchase.

Users are responsible for reviewing event-specific terms before checkout.

Dispute Resolution

In case of a refund dispute:

Please contact our support team at support@ticketnadu.com within 48 hours of the event date.

TicketNadu will facilitate communication with the organizer but does not guarantee a refund decision.
